From “Spoilt brat” on MTV to transforming young adults lives. My name is Andre Spence and I have been in the entertainment industry for 10 years now; I’ve done a reality show on MTV, presented and blogged for MOBO and organised events, bringing together global brands, world class talent in support of charity.

On this journey, I’ve seen a lot of things change and today, here is what I have observed… We tend to add up our self-worth based on the amount of likes we receive on one of the 65 million selfies we take everyday. Looking for things outside of ourselves (following trends) to dictate and announce who we are.

We are suffering from an epidemic! 62% of young adults do not know the purpose of their lives! As a result, young people’s happiness and wellbeing are at their lowest levels. I came to the end of myself! Asking myself the question “What the hell! Why am I here?” MY MISSION I have discovered my purpose and now, I am the Purpose Coach that is helping every young adult to create the right attitudes, actions and alliances to win in life.
